Delivery Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Delivery Date
Dates can be selected if you wanted to schedule the delivery of your orders. You can select a date between 3 to 30 days. This is displayed at checkout.
Delivery Time Slot
There are two time slot per day to choose the delivery. The first slot is 10:00am to 3:00pm and the second slot is 3:00pm to 8:00pm. This is displayed at checkout.

Private Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material, damaged goods and receipts before filing a claim.
